The Property Search Process
There are three steps to finding a property:
- Enter search criteria on the Property Search Criteria page,
- Review a list of properties on the Property Search Results page, and
- Examine all of the information about a property on the Detailed Property Data page.
Property Search Criteria - Gold
The first step in locating a property is to set the search criteria by entering values into the various fields to restrict the search. In the example below, "83" is entered into the Address field to select all properties where the Address has "83" as part of the data. Entering values into additional fields will refine the search further because the search will return properties that satisfy all of your criteria.
Some fields have a "from" and a "to" box. Entering values into both boxes will restrict the search to properties with data between and including the two values. Entering a value in only the "from" box will refine the search to data equal to that value.
Moving the mouse over most field names will cause a pop-up window to appear with a definition of the term. This feature can be turned off on the Manage Account page once you no longer need it.
Each time you return to this page, the fields will be populated with the values used for your last search. (This feature can be turned off on the Manage Account page.) Click on "Clear the Form" to clear all of the values from the form to start a fresh search.
Click on "Search" to search for properties that match your selection criteria.
