New Foreclosures

DFR strives to provide new foreclosures on the system but is dependent on the info and schedule provided by the counties. Occasional COUNTY website problems can delay publication of their lists, in which case, the info is added to the DFR site as soon as possible.

Property Description info is added to foreclosure as quickly as possible, but may be delayed as long as 24 hours after the initial schedule appears on the site.

Foreclosure Sales Bids

DFR strives to provide foreclosure sales bid info on the system dependent on the info and schedule provided by the county Public Trustee. Occasionally, this info is not available on the counties sites before the sale takes place.

• Arapahoe – Tuesday after 5 PM as available from county
• Boulder – Tuesday after 5 PM as available from county
• Broomfield – Wednesday after 5 PM as available from county

Foreclosure Sales Results

Properties are updated with info from the counties regarding the sale amount, overbid amount, continuation and bankruptcy generally within 24 hours depending on info and schedule provided by the county Public Trustee.

Mapquest gives you directions to the property, Dex gives you possible phone numbers, if any, Trustee takes you to the county Public Trustee so you can access foreclosure data, Assessor lets you check on taxes, Clerk takes you to the county Clerk and Recorder where you can check the owner's name for encumbrances.
